Rob, Thanks for your great memories. All I have from the Burger Basket so far is a tiny ad. I will get it on the site soon. Hopefully I will find someone that worked there and can get some history on it.

: I grew up in Nora in the 60s, but spent a lot of time in BR. My father grew up in BR. I am the Gr-Gr-Gr-Grandson of Robert Earl. All my childhood memories of BR center around my Grandmother, Helen Earle who lived at 6326 Broadway from the 1920s until she died in 1980.

: Some memories: Walking with my Grandmother to the Hooks Drug store to buy candy. Seeing movies at the Vogue. Spending allowance money at G C Murphy's on the Ave. Going to church every Sunday at BR United Methodist. David Letterman bagging groceries at the Atlas. Walking to Krogers. Putting pennies on the Monon tracks.

: Both my mother and father graduated from BRHS in 1943. My mother worked at the Burger Basket at the corner of BR Ave and Guilford. Swimming at the Rivvy. I could go on and on. Does anyone have information on the Burger Basket?
